Wife Killer Kolade Arowolo Sentenced To Death

Very pathetic like the older ones would say it's the beginning of a war/ fight one knows but you will never know or predict the end...I sincerely pity the child. Do you think he should have been given a lighter sentence for the sake of the child??

A Lagos High Court in Ikeja has sentenced to death Akolade Arowolo for the murder of his banker wife, Titilayo, who he repeatedly stabbed to death with a knife at their residence in Isolo, Lagos, on June 24, 2011.Justice Lateefat Okunnu, in her judgment on Friday, held that even though there was no eyewitness to the incident, the circumstantial evidence adduced by the prosecution proved the murder charge against the convict beyond all reasonable doubts.

The wedding took place at the Chapel of Christ The Glorious King, located inside the Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library Complex. Present were, the FCT Minister, Former President Ibrahim Babangida, alongside David Mark, Governor Ibikunle Amosun, Chief Tony Anenih, serving Ministers, Top Government officials, Former Governors, Royal fathers and other society VIPs were all present. A Great Man Is Gone! Nelson Mandela Dies At 95!

Nelson Mandela, one of the greatest leaders of modern times, passed away Thursday at his home in Johannesburg. He was 95.

South African President Jacob Zuma announced that Mandela, "the founding president of our democratic nation, has departed," adding that he "passed on peacefully."

"Our nation has lost its greatest son. Our people have lost a father," Zuma said.

"Our thoughts are with the millions of people who embraced Mandela as their own and who saw his cause as their cause.… This is the moment of our deepest sorrow.”

 The Okunnuyi female twins getting married to the Okonweze male twins has been acknowledged by the Guinness Book of World Records as the 1^st in Africa and the 251^st in the world. The couple who were joined together atFoursquare Gospel Church, Omole, Ikeja and had their reception at the ever bubbling 10 Degree Events Centre in Oregun.

Folawemi Taiwo Okunniyi and Febisola Kehinde Okunniyi are identical twin sisters from the same parents from Ondo State, and the grooms, Chinonso Akinade Okueze and Chibuzor Adelakin Okueze are also identical twins from the same parents from Asaba, Delta State.

Ayobami Jaiyeola left her house in Victoria Island on the 29th of November, Friday, without a word to her mother or sister. She left her phones and handbag behind and hasn't returned ever since. She was last seen wearing a pair of blue jeans, green polo top and brown slippers and had braids on. Ayobami is a 29-year old female of about 5.5ft tall.  Victoria Island will play home to what has been tipped the biggest nightclub in West Africa.

Late MKO Abiola's Wife Arrested For Fraud.

Former Managing Director of the defunct Concord Newspapers, Dr. Doyin Abiola has been arraigned before the Federal High Court, Lagos, for fraud.

A statement signed by Police Public Relations Officer DSP Ngozi Isintume-Agu said that the Financial Malpractices Investigation Unit (FMIU) of Special Fraud Unit (SFU) said that between 2006 and 2008, as a Director of the Integrated Microfinance Bank, Dr. Abiola granted to herself without collateral and approval from the Management, the sum of N26,611,246.48.

Dr. Abiola, of 42/46 Moshood Abiola Crescent, Ikeja, Lagos, and wife of the late Chief Moshood Abiola, is one of four Managing Directors or Directors of Integrated Microfinance Bank (IMFB) located at 6A Adeniyi Jones Avenue, Ikeja, who were arrested and charged by the SFU.

House Of Reps Member Dies After Having Sex With A Female Banker.

Hon. Raphael Oloye Nomiye, who was representing Ondo State in the House of Reps, was said to be having his turn of "service" with his female Account Officer in his bedroom when something happened. He was said to be having a sexual affair with a female banker in his private residence located at Gwarinpa Estate in Abuja when the unfortunate incident happened. When Daily Trust visited the deceased’s residence at Second Avenue in Gwarinpa Estate, neighbours said the banker, who managed his accounts, rushed down from the one-storey building to inform the policemen on guard at the house that “oga just fell down and is vomiting blood.”

A Lagos Traditional Leader's Son Mentioned As A Cult Leader.

A university dropout, Sodiq Jimoh, has told operatives of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad in Lagos that he is not an armed robber, but a killer. 

Jimoh, a 28-year-old indigene of Lagos State, confessed that he was a member of Eiye Confraternity and was responsible for the murder of many rival cult members.

According to Police authorities, the suspect, who is a trader at the Alaba International Market, was usually hired on contract by traders in the market to intimidate or kill rivals.

The suspect and others at large were said to have killed at least five people in Alaba area of the state in May.

Not long ago, a woman collapsed dead after finding her husband in the arms of their housemaid. She is not alone. Lovers have split and families have broken up as a result of some men not knowing their boundaries. The house was locked. She could hear her baby crying from inside.
