Ghanaians slams Jim Iyke, 'He is a scammer'

Nigerian actor, Jim Iyke who got his ‘spiritual deliverance’ from the Synagogue Church of All Nations, SCOAN, under the auspices of Prophet TB Joshua is now a very unpopular man in Ghana. 

Jim Iyke's relationship with Ghanaian actress, Nadia Buari as some of that country’s citizens see his alleged delivery as a fraud. According to an entertainment website in Ghana, ghanacelebrities.com, many of Nadia’s fans claim Jim must have orchestrated the delivery so as to dupe Nadia into marriage.

The footage of another policeman requesting bribe from a driver has gone viral again on YouTube. The video was secretly recorded by a passenger at the back seat of a vehicle in Onitsha, Anambra State. The three-minute 18-second video showed a policeman who apprehended the driver of a vehicle that was coming from Akure, Ondo State to Umuahia, Abia State. The policeman sat in the front seat with the driver, and after checking the vehicle particulars, declared that he had discovered some discrepancies between the documents and the chassis number.

President GEJ set to address the nation tomorrow

In commemoration of the nation’s 53rd Independence Day celebration, the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria President Goodluck Jonathan will be making an Independence broadcast tomorrow at 7 am.

Presidential spokesman, Reuben Abati, said this in a two-paragraph statement, made available to journalists on Monday.

The statement read, “President Goodluck Jonathan will make an Independence Day Broadcast to the nation at 7am tomorrow, Tuesday, October 1, 2013.

“All television and radio stations in the country are enjoined to hook up to the network services of the Nigerian Television Authority  and the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria to relay the broadcast to their viewers and listeners.”

A Nigerian citizen pleaded not guilty in a United States federal court in Brooklyn on Friday to helping an al Qaeda affiliate recruit English-speaking people in Nigeria.

Between January 2010 and August 2011, Lawal Olaniyi Babafemi traveled twice from Nigeria to Yemen to train with leaders of al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula, known as AQAP, U.S. prosecutors said in a statement.

A new Miss World was crowned today Saturday, September 28th 2013 and though she competed as Miss Philippines, she hails from the United States.

Megan Young, 23, an aspiring filmmaker, took the top honor at the competition, held in Bali, Indonesia.

"No words! Thank you so much for everyone for choosing me. I promise to be the best Miss World ever," Young said.

Miss France, Marine Lorphelin, and Miss Ghana, Carranzar Naa Okailey Shooter, were second and third runners up, respectively.

Nollywood actress and pop singer, Tonto Dikeh wore hers to the movie premiere of My Life, My Damages in Lagos. She had a side-swept blonde hairdo, her jumpsuit was accessorized with a silver metallic belt.

One of the leading female pop star Tiwa Savage wore her all white when she performed at the Dionne Warwick, Sister Sledge concert in Lagos. Her hair was in a centre part and loosely wrapped backwards. 

Nollywood Star Genevieve Nnaji wore her white jumpsuit at the movie premiere of Half of a Yellow Sun at the Toronto International Film Festival in Canada. She accessorized with diamond stud earrings, a stunning gold belt, a white clutch and gold bracelets. She had a nicely packed ponytail hairdo.

Hi dolls! So I know I’ve been Moving at a snail pace on my blog! I am just getting used to this new fun idea, trying to find my feet around  but yea I’m here now and I promise you are going to enjoy it here. So this is my first post!!! Yay!! After a long week of work, hussling and busy activities, I am sure you all are glad it is friday. 

For those that work in a conservative environment like the banks, who have to always be in corporate wears all through monday to thursday, would feel nothing but relief to get off the suits and formal dressing. 

On this blog, I will be sharing TGIF look for office. It will consist (both outfit and makeup)
For today I will be sharing with you my TGIF dressing that is not too uptight, simple, classy, can be worn to to the office and yet trendy.

So here I am in my amateur photos wearing a casual turtle necked top ( that's because it's been a rainy and cold day) with a turn up Jeans and a black puffed shoulder jacket. I think the Jacket makes it classier than wearing ordinary Jeans and top, the Jacket makes it look different from everyday normal home wear. And of course an all star canvas to step it down...*wink* . 
I think this is a quick sporty wear to the office on a Friday, for those that might want to drop off in one or two places after work it is just okay without the Jacket.

And my hair is all packed up, I just feel like wearing my natural hair for sometime, it's been long I did that. My makeup, I applied my normal makeup not so perfect but I am sure not too bad....#grin#
